![]() ![]() ![]() If you actually want a cookie, show up at 3:55 to be first in line to get one before the kids eat them all. But the worst is the tea and cookie happy hour the hotel provides from 4-5pm. The indoor Jacuzzi is just too hot, so nobody goes in it. ![]() The parents would pack into the Jacuzzi, pouring their wine as their little animals would run about throwing footballs and playing games. The outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi were constantly packed with kids, so many that there was no room for us. This hotel has wonderful amenities however the kids made it impossible to enjoy them. We did this and fortunately we were lucky enough to not hear much in the hallways while we were sleeping, but we overheard an angry couple at the service desk complaining about the kids screaming outside of their room. If you do decide to stay here and don’t have young kids, specifically ask for a room in a quiet area. I understand this is somewhat beyond the hotel management’s control, but I was just shocked at how many crazy kids were running around the property, it was like a zoo. If you are a family of all adults or a couple looking for a romantic getaway, this is not the hotel for you. Having said all of that, there was just one issue: the hotel guests and their out of control children. They were very courteous and always greeted us while passing by. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We had great service eating at both restaurants. The food at both Roost and Flannel was delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location – surrounded by mountains with an impeccable view. The hotel is newly renovated and we had a nice sized, very clean room with brand new furnishings. My family and I stayed at Topnotch resort over Easter weekend, and I must say this place truly is topnotch. ![]()
